Rifle Scopes Mounting a unimount on my remington 700

hi,
I want to mount my nightforce 8-32*56 on my remington 700 police but i want to be able to swap to another rifle and back and hold zero?
i was thinking of putting a rail on first then a nightforce unimount? will this effect my loading of the gun and will it hold zero if i remove then re-fit it?

Not sure how repeatable the Nightforce mounts are, but the Spuhrs are spot on every time they are mounted.
