I just received my Atlas V8 from Triad Tactical and also purchase a BT15 rail. When mounting the V8 to the rifle, do you use the two swivel studs on the LTR to attach the BT15 rail or should you use additional hardware? Thanks for any assistance you guys can provide.

None of the above. For an LTR stock I would use one of these:
Seekins SRS
The hole spacing is already set: 2" for HS stocks, 3" for McMillan's.

mine was done with allen head hardware that screwed into being flush with the rail.
