Looks like if 2 out of 7 council members are found hanging in the park, the rest will fall in line.
That is some seriously out of control government money/property grab. Who would have ever voted that bullshit int?
I thought I once lived in a strict place with regards to fines and non-sense like this, but the fines were $50 and they never charged interest. They would put a lean on your house if fines went years without being paid, but would never foreclose on your house. Now that seems like a fair deal after seeing this.

They want our stuff...our savings, our homes, our pensions, and will stop at nothing to grab it.
But first they need to disarm US so we can't fight back. America is an Oligarchy - by, for, and of the richest of the rich. Our Government is controlled by big, big money and inch by inch, bit by bit, they will take everything you have by finding reasons you owe them. little by little this will spread/is spreading so that it becomes common place.
Yer dog poops on the wrong lawn, you don't keep yer property to some standard, you build a fence where they are not allowed. You park yer RV/Boat where it is forbidden and they'll take yer property and/or fine you into oblivion.

If the Govt can take the property you own because of failure to mow the lawn...then you never really owned anything. The Govt was just letting you use it if you toed the line.
When you own property in a city you are just the person "renting" the revenue generator for the city. Don't pay your city water bill, or property taxes for 5 years and the city takes it from you.

Many years ago I had a grapefruit tree in my yard. The sweetest most delicious pink grapefruit I ever tasted. My family would hound me for them. Then one day the Govt decided my healthy non diseased grapefruit tree, was a threat to the people of Florida. I came home from work and found the Govt had cut down and taken my grapefruit tree into custody. Then sent me a coupon for a free seedling. I never used the coupon.
Many years later after watching a bunch of court battles on the subject. A judge ruled that all the trees cut down by the Govt were executed without cause. Here I am 30-40 years later and I can still remember the taste of those remarkable grapefruits. Any other tree would have been only a disappointing reminder of the other.
I was willing to lose my tree if it really meant saving the Industry. But to find out it was just Govt overreach was disheartening. I wonder which Pols cousin had the contract for removal.

Where I live if you weren't able to cut your grass, for some reason or another, there are several people around that will come over and cut it for you and check out the house to make sure things are OK and you aren't dead inside and figure out what is going on.
