I recently bought a use MPA Comp BA chassis. Got my barreled action mounted up, started going through adjustments and found the thumb wheel for adjusting the cheek rest height just wasn't as smooth as the thumb wheel for setting LOP. Took it apart and found the detent ball bearing had a very rough surface to it, wasn't rolling correctly and was starting to score the thumb wheel.

Emailed MPA this morning asking to purchase replacement parts. I was more than pleased when they wrote back saying they'd send the replacement parts at no charge.

Thank you MPA for the awesome customer service!! Customer for life!
