Rifle Scopes mueller scopes

Re: mueller scopes

I had two and both of which would not track correctly. They were suppose to be .25 but really were .28". There are much better options for the money. Save a little more and get a Nikon Buckmaster. Alot better scope for not that much more money.

Would not track correctly?
Was it a consistent .28"? If it was consistent, that is pretty much all you can ask for. You can spend a TON of money and still end up with .03" discrepancy.

Now, if it was inconsistent, where some clicks were .28 and others were .25, I would call that not tracking correctly.

My Tac-2 is superior to the Buckmaster line, and comes in at lower price. The clicks are repeatable and it has withstood a 7mm magnum just fine.

They are a budget scope, the warranty is excellent and the customer service top notch.
I had issues with one of the 4 Mueller scopes that I own, I sent it in, with a description of the problem and a 12 dollar check for return shipping (there is a time frame involved that I was well over) and I got a brand new scope sent to me. The entire transaction took less than a week. No questions asked.

They are not for everyone, but I realized when I bought them that they were budget scopes and I have not been disappointed with the performance or the customer service.

Re: mueller scopes

I have 2 of them,(Mueller Eradicators)1 on a 204 and the other on a 223 and both have not gave me any problems, although I would wonder how they would hold up to something with a much larger recoil.
