Gunsmithing Muzzle brakes made by SH member?

I was on here a while back and read a thread about muzzle brakes manufactured by one of the SH members. Several purchasers commented on the high quality of the item and the prompt service provided by the seller. I have tried searching with different search terms but cannot find the thread about these muzzle brakes. Anyone recall who made these?

Maybe HateCA, he makes the RAD Rapid Brake (it works very well and needs no timing).

Or APA makes a brake, but it needs gunsmith installation.
