Suppressors Muzzle Break for my .308?

I have a Remington 5R MilSpec .308. I'm interested in having a muzzle break put on it.
Any advice as to where to look, how much, how involed, worth the investment, ect. is appreciated.

I have a AAC brake on my 5R and I'm very happy. I had my barrel cut to 20" and I had the brake installed at the same time. Glad I did it.

I had G.A. Precision put a Badger Thruster on my 5R and was very happy with the set-up.
