Muzzle breaks for .338LM and .300WM

I've been shooting my AI .338LM with the factory dual chamber break and I really like how it performs.

I have a TBA M40a3 in .300WM with no break. It weighs 19lbs and jumps off the table when fired. Not something I enjoy shooting much due to the recoil.

I am considering Badger's FTE break and the Ops Inc one. Any comments on either?

FTE will be comparable to your AI, I have shot both and the FTE is loud but effective.

have a FTE on my 300 win mag. A joy to shoot. Louder than hell, but effective.

Sounds good. I'm not too concerned about how loud it is. I'll look into getting one. I have to measure my barrel and order the right size.

A 19 lbs rifle in 300 win mag that jumps off the table???

I mean what kind of recoil would you expect out of a 300 win mag? At 19 lbs it ought to be managable as is honestly. That should kick less than an M1 Garand.
