I have a 10.5 inch barrel on a 300 blackout that I want to install a suppressor mount on. The mount/flash hider is for a tbac 5. The issue (if there is one) is that where the barrel has been cut down and threaded, it has a radius instead of being straight cut 90 degrees to the barrel. This barrel is from a respected mfg., but since I have not been able to speak to their cs, I won't divulge the name. Anyway, can anybody look at the pic and tell me if it,'s ok to install the can mount, do I need the barrel machined, or just get a new barrel.

That is quite odd. I suspect that won't play nicely with the squared shoulder on the mount. You could always install it and check alignment, but tightening the mount against that angled shoulder will likely deform the shoulder or the mount or both resulting in misalignment of the suppressor.

Keep trying to get ahold of the barrel maker and see what they say.

Looks like it was cut for the sig or Q taper.

Or it looks like a PSA cut, which I run my tapered sig on no issues, but it may not play well with a square shoulder on the can.
