Your moms house
I had some 1/2" CDX plywood scraps in the garage and cut it 12" x 18" and put some felt furniture pads on the corners to help with wobble on the never flat shooting benches and a 1/4" x 1" machine screw countersunk into the wood. I set it up and pushed on the top of it and it won't tip over, it just slides sideways.

I think you should probably just toss it and start all over. I'm the CEO and Founder of an international HazMat Company so I can discard it at no cost to you. Hell, I'll even toss in a set of Hinges for your next project. ;)
