this is my 3rd 6.8
my go to gun for hog hunting
AR15 Performance 16" recon upper with ITS superbolt, Troy Extreme forearm
I put the lower together with a stag, RRA parts kit with a Gieselle trigger, Ace stock and MIAD full grip
ADM mount with Trijicon TR24 1-4 with german #4 and green dot

Loads are 110g Barnes TTSX at 2700FPS
cleanly punches through even big boars

That is one SWEET rifle..seriously nice job! I totally agree with the parts choices.Can you tell us more about the paint?Who did it..what paint and how?

CCoker, How does the 6.8 SPC perform on the hogs you shot? I know the obvious, it killed them and they can't tell the difference when they're dead. What made you pick this for your go to hog gun? Just curious. Looks like a nice rifle by the way.
