My AR-10 6.5 CM build. Any suggestions?

Pic copied off the internet because mine is on back order.
I am new to AR rifles. I didn't know you could get them in 6.5CM until recently so I pulled the trigger. I want to be able to stock up on 1 caliber of ammo so this works great.

Rifle - CA-10 DMR (on backorder through my local gun shop)
law tactical folding folding stock adapter (backorder through brownwells)
Suppressor Nemo Scout - been in jail for 3ish months
Magpul vertical rail mount
Going to stick with my holosun red dot for now
3-30 round magazines

Any suggestions as I am new to this world?

30rd large frame mags are pretty big and might make it hard to shoot prone or off a bench, if order some 10s and 20s as well.

You might want a bipod. I like Thunderbeast and Atlas.

Good call on the smaller mags. I run Atlas and love them. Will likely bipod the gun later.

I just am out of gun money for optics and have an extra red dot. I can pull a scope from a different gun if needed but for now while I am saving for good optics I will play with the red dot.

20rd mags are GTG, with a few 10rd. Buy the mags now... before any possible political issues.

Sounds like you have the bases covered, but I'd definitely put some sort of magnified optic on it. A red dot will be boring on a rifle that capable.

It never was taken up by SCOTUS. I expect they'll start taking up 2A cases shortly. Robert's is no longer the deciding vote.

The 6.5cm can cause primer issues there are a lot of threads about it. A high pressure bolt has a smaller diameter firing pin and matching smaller hole to prevent primer cratering or worse.

My buddies psa 6.5 blown the primers right out on a second reload brass due to the high pressure bolt. We are going to try a different brands bcg setup

I couldn't find out on the website if it does. The gun is on backorder from my local gun shop. For the price I sure hope its going to run them smooth.

The other concern with 6.5 cm is the gas system most people recommend an adjustable gas block and or longer gas system such as rifle +2. Due to the higher gas pressures produced by the round. Maybe Christensen has taken this into consideration with a smaller gas port I do not know the only info on that topic I could find was it has a fixed gas block whatever that means. Hopefully some one with more knowledge of this specific firearm will chime in.
