That's it. I have hit old man status. After doing good mornings regularly for the last 20 years or so, I finally have broken. A week a go I felt a small twinge doing them at the end of my squat day. Today, I felt like I was going to die after rep one. After rep four, yes I am that dumb, I gave out. Thankfully I can still hobble around, but never again. I've been doing them so long I have no idea for a replacement. I am not going to dry hump the air like a 14 year old girl, so don't suggest hip thrusts. Any other ideas welcome.

The problem is in my right glute at this point.

I've don't them all sorts of ways. Arched, slightly rounded, suspended etc. trying to get different effects. Hypers are a good idea. Harder to load up, though.
