First off I got to say that the wealth of information that everyone brings to this forum is great. With out the members here at the Hide I might have never got this done. This rifle started life as a factory Remington 700 PSS that I bought to use at my previous Department.

I would like to thank Hide Member AJ Brown for all the work he put into it. He installed,beded,cut the barrel down, and coated the thing for me and as allways did a excellent job I couldn't be happier with it.

Pretty much every came from the Hide. He cut and crowned the barrel at 18" about a year ago for me. The coating is KG in Dark Earth. He also installed his bolt knob that he makes.
