Well, the 6.5 creedmoor bug bit me pretty good, but I ended up with a .260 barrel that I toyed with setting back and chambering to creedmoor. Well after reading and contemplating I decided that I would use this barrel as it was initially intended. I have a few rounds of .260 match on order from Chad (Custom Reloads of Dallas) and I am going to see how she does. The specs are a 722 action, old style trigger, kreiger sendero contour barrel finished at 25" 1:8 twist. Remington 700 BDL varmint special stock. Should be a nice little package. I still plan to mill the side of the action for a safety relief and then will upgrade the trigger. Also pending how she shoots, I will likely re-bed the stock. Anyway here she is:
