Have wanted to get into the precision rifle game along time. I have always wanted an Accuracy International after shooting my buddies. Here she is, waiting on my YHM QD mount to get here.

Will upgrade the scope soon.

Specs:
300 win mag

Rem 700 action, shillen barrel, badger base and knob.

Leupold 6x18 VX2 scope with target turrets.

Thought about coating it black, but am starting to like this look.

Microsuck1 did this build for me, he is awesome.

I went with a 22 inch barrel for this build. Its still a pig, but could still hunt with it.

The loss in velocity, shouldnt be that much. In addition, finding a place to shoot over 1k would be hard to come by around here. I am building an 800 yard range on my land.

No sir, they are Burris Tac rings. I had them in my shop so decided not to invest anymore in my rings since I am getting a better scope after I learn the ropes a bit.
