Range Report My GAP range report..

Not gonna say too much that most don't already know. I picked her up with 25 rounds on her, added PR 5x25 and had skins dipped. Just today, finally got to driver her with 175 BH's at 100 yrd zero. Temp was 80, with 65 percent humidity. Great day. The range kind of sucks, in that there isn't any place to really go prone, but I made it happen under a shooting bench. Proved to be alright, and I worked through it.

Finished the day gonging a 5 inch plate at 200...was stupid easy that it got boring. Did all shooting on 10x or 25x, got a little mirage, but not much that couldn't be worked through.

I used a TAB Gear bag, well, I picked one up last week. Think I will need something a bit bigger for those situations where the range isn't perfectly flat, nor is the position. Didn't really do me any good at all today, had to borrow a plain ole' sand bag for the rear.

Anyway, I'm pretty damn happy with the results. Here's the stick:

I like it man, very beefy. Good clicks, outstanding glass, great relief. It's really a pleasure to use, so far. The GEN II XR get shit on, but I really like the reticle.

I shot a few at 5x initially, ran her through 10x, 17x, and 25x, all with shots. Spent rest of the time on 25x, and the scope was spot on.

KC, I really like it. OF course, this is my first high end piece, so I don't know anything else. But...the picture is awesome, and works like a charm.

If you look at upper left picture, there are 3 rounds outside where I wanted to hit. That shows how well it tracks, as I hit high, adjusted .2 mils the wrong way, hit low, adjust .2 mils back, hit high, then un-fucked my mind.

I triple punched a few times, which speaks of the GA itself. As I driver, I need more time, but not bad thus far.

what do you guys think of 168 FGGM? Should I give them a roll through the 25" Bartlein 5R? Or just stick with the BH's for now?

too dam pretty to get dirty! Mine likes the bh 175's better than fgmm but that wouldnt stop me from trying them through it. Burn another 100 through it and give us a update..

Picked up 60 rds FGGM. Gonna give them a ride this weekend.
