It looks like it might be a nice stand, but I don't have my glasses on this morning, and the image it tooo small.
When you share images, make sure the width is at least 1000 , yours is only 213.

I clicked on the link and the picture is larger. Looks nice.
I've made some similar setups but I've always hung my target on chains to absorb energy, so shooters don't shoot up the stand and for setup and replacement of target(s). Don't know what your shooting at it though.
