So to start things off, I jumped on a group-buy from CAPRC on a manners stock probably in Dec 2010. It's August and I still dont have a stock. Now everything that happen in between is what really sets Manners Composite Stocks above many other companies.

So I called in mid july frustrated on why it's taking so long. I know they were moving and they were just starting the molded colors but I didn't expect 6 months for a stock. I spoke with a representative and they told me they were going to have to call me back since they said I had no order on file. 2 hours later Tom Manners himself called back and apologized for the wait and said the order somehow slipped between the cracks and was never process. With that said, he told me it will be done in a month and he gave me a "discounted" camo job.

A week later, they called again to double check with me that the colors were correct. Just last week the stock is finally complete and I received another call. Right now, I just got a call from Brandon, the painter. It's 8.25 pm in CA. I know for a fact they are closed but he wanted to double check and tell me the colors I have might clash together. He then helped me pick out another color scheme.

Stock should be shipping out monday and I can't wait. Point of the story is that I'm glad my order was lost. I thought MCS was just another company pumping out stocks but in the last month, I realized they REALLY CARE about their customers and I saw that from the actions they were taking to get my stock perfect and done for me.

I will DEFINITELY continue to do business with them! I tip my hat down to Mr. Manners and his team.

Another +1 for Tom and the gang. Doesn't get much better than those guys. I'm gonna be shooting my Manners for the first time tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm excited.

Re: My Manners Experience.

I just parted with one in favor of another. I am getting the GAP Molded Camo for my MCS-T3. I am excited about it to say the least, and I can hardly wait. My barreled action is with the gunsmith right now, so this is the perfect time to wait on the stock.

Manners to me, is by FAR AND AWAY the best stock company out there for traditional stocks!! They definately have my business!!

Re: My Manners Experience.

Good to hear there are still companies and business owners in today world who actually care about each individual customer and not just their own bottom line.

Re: My Manners Experience.

The T2A is an excellent stock. Great for field/practical shooting. I have two, unfortunately not with molded-in colours, which I think would be even better.

Re: My Manners Experience.

went to ga precision to pick up my rifle on a sat while there i noticed one of the flush cups would not lock the sling in becuase a little overspray got into it from the custom paint job, it was sat and kin called tom and he personally came to ga precision took my stock down to the shop and fixed the issue and re-touched up around the flushcup and brought the stock back in about 30 min. when he came back the stock looked amazing and all flush cups worked perfectly he handed me the stock shook my hand and thanked me for using his product and then stayed around talking with us for a few min.

i could not have asked for a more pleasant exp with tom and manners and i love the stock def the best stock i could ever ask for and much more, i am quite certain there isnt anyone out there that can say a bad thing about the man without being 100% full of bs he has a great product and is a 1st class person all the way.

+1
I have three Manners stocks. Tom has always taken the time to happily answer any question I ever had.

Such a tease. Showing the stock without the barreled action is like having the girl of your dreams only show you her panties.

Nice!
The folks at Manners are first class!

My next one (T-A) is about 8 weeks out, unless the new shop has cut some time off.....I hope!

I waited 20 weeks to the date before I got the notice payment was due. I was told the Savages take a bit longer.

For the guys that have builds in the system and are getting close, PM your build number and I will be more than happy to get you a update.

Glad to say that we are now officially up and running 100% at the new shop. The move went well, with very little lost production. Over the next month we will be focused on taking advantage of our new production capacity and increasing our efficiencies.

Thank you
