I love this place. The mountains form a tunnel and they keep the winds at bay. On this day we had winds of 16mph swirling all around us, and it had very little effect.

It is indeed Colorado. The place is not a secret, it is part of the public land area of Windy Gulch. Super nice place to go, and most of the time really quiet.

There is a nice spot to the left of the tunnel that offers a nice 500+ yard shot, all with nice backstops built right in!!

Since I am Texan born and raised... this is all still new to me after only a year.
