My Remington is getting better

I just scored an H-S Precision stock with an adjustable cheek piece & buttpad along with a detachable mag for my 700 SPS Varmint. This thing is NICE. I haven't shot it yet in this stock, but I'm looking forward to it. Other good stuff on the rifle are a Rifle Basix trigger, Farrell rings & bases, Bushnell Elite 4200 Tactical 6x24 & a Harris bi-pod. It's on it's 3rd stock. I started with the factory Tupperware stock, then a 5R stock and now this one. The only problem with this rifle after a little over 1000 rounds is the finish. IT SUCKS!!!! It's not holding up worth a damn. Sorry for the quality of the pic. It's from my phone.

Very nice progression. I'm on my way but slowly. Get some paint or have it coated. Thats on my long short list.

I'm thinking about Duracoating it. I've got a bead blaster so cleaning the metal is no problem.
