I mixed Stone with Desert brown. (7 Tablespoons of Stone and 1 Tablespoon of Desert Brown and 2 teaspoons of hardener) That amount covered (2) stocks, barreled action, bolt, bottom metal, rings, base.

That’s a great job. I've had a duracoat finishing kit in my garage for over a year. I've been too scared to put it on a gun. I ended Kryloning my bolt gun instead. Maybe I'll paint a Glock, it's not like it could get any worse.

Thank you! I was hoping it would fall, wanted to test out how durable this duracoat really is. ;o)

Thank you! Dont sweat it, it really wasn't difficult. It was fun and I had a good time doing it. I actually think im going to try to start a small business duracoating.

Great work. Looks professional to me! Great pattern.

I got another set of AI skins, don't know if I want to do it myself or send it off? Heck, I'm more confused about what camo pattern now than before I got the skins!
You looking for work? And what patterns will you offer?

Well, to be totally honest with you, this is the 2nd job i ever did. The first one was a B&C stock that I had sitting around that is now for sale in the "for sale section." I would be willing to try any pattern, its just a matter of thinking in reverse when you are painting. What pattern would you like to do? check out bulldogarms.com and pick out your stencil.

I can only paint parts, ie: stocks, bolts, bipods, scopes, rings, bases, bottom metal, magazines, knives, binoculars, pretty much anything that isn't a "firearm" since I do not have an FFL I cannot legally receive firearms.

Sorry
