Actually my only modern firearm besides my 1911 is my Remington 700 AICS stock. Im an old school type of guy. late 19th century Smith & Wessons and Colt SAAs revolvers. and my sharps 1874 long range buffalo rifle.

Uberti makes some nice replicas. exactly the same as my smith... they come in 3 1/2, 5 1/2 and 7 inch barrels. nickel plated or blued. i have an engraved one. right here.
