Mystery .264 projectile, who knows who made these?

Bought these as seconds at MidwayUSA.

Ogive varies a bit as you can see in the pics but I have one gun that shoots them incredibly well, pretty much hole in hole at 100.

So I'd like to find out what they are and get more of these in first grade since these seconds were a one time deal.

They're not SMK or Noslers. Weight is 140 grain.

Who knows who made these?

Could they be Berger? Or maybe Hornady Match?

Kinda looks like the Hornandy BTHP 140.

another vote for Hornady match 140gr i don't think berger would have that much variance even in factory seconds

My guess is Hornady 140gr American Gunner HPBT ... the bullets used on the bulk 6.5 Creedmoor 200-round boxes that used to be available before the "ammo vacuum" began. I have a few thousands rounds in my ammo safe waiting for the Zombie Apocalypse.

I've shot about ~1100 of those since September look just like the Horndaddy BTHP. Same results insanely accurate for me as well.

I've bought a ton of seconds from Midway over the years. Just start low for your favorite bullet of the same weight, and find a load it likes.
