It doesn’t look like they have any right now, but Bruno’s Shooter Supply gets VV powder pretty frequently and once you are on their email list, they email each time they get a shipment a powder added to the site.

If you have a scheels sporting goods store near you, check them. I've had decent luck finding VV there. Although they are real proud of it..
