Pretty much new. Not a scratch on it. Bought off the original owner who purchased it new spring of this year. He had it out a few times, and I’ve had it on the bench 3 times.
Comes with everything from factory plus 8 Tenergy rechargeable batteries with charger, Nuggets night vision external battery and cable, and Low Light Innovations clear eyepiece cover. Top of scope and external battery have 3M Dual Lock fasteners to mount the battery above the unit.
