It's on Netflix. Mexico. They do a nice job of explaining how it all started. Binged 8 episodes so far. (of 10). Good seeing a cameo of Pablo.

+1 Yeah, it is just as good as the earlier seasons. The CIA-Coke-Arms to fight communism in Central America connection is fascinating/crazy.
