Rifle Scopes Narrowed It Down — Kahles 525 or Tangent Theta

I currently have the funds for a Kahles 525, and only a couple hundred away from a Tangent Theta 525.

I like the Gen2xr so the reticle is my an issue. Have any of you had these side by side with a through opinion to share?

I had the Kahles side by side with my 5-25x Premier. The Premier was better. The Tangent Theta will be even better.

I really dislike the mega-dose of CA that the Kahles has.

Why not consider Minox 5-25 MR4, in my opinion for my eyes much better glass than Kahles i own Kahles 525 and Minox . Can't say nothing about TT i don't have one.

Mega dose on the 525? Because mine doesn't exhibit much at all or are you referencing the 624i?

Between the two from my understanding there is no comparison between TT and the competition. Minox is close and would save you some money. I have both the Kahles k318i and k525i i like them but for a couple more $100 if you're fine with the Gen2Xr get the TT.

Do what I did. Get the k525i and pre order the TT with Gen3xr.

But if you like the gen2xr, just get the TT. Unless there’s a feature you need/like on the k525.

I have used both. Prefer the Kahles. I have nothing against the TT, just feel it doesn't offer anything extra over the Kahles and would rather save the cash. The price difference is not insignificant.
