That's only because you people do dumb shit like order Swiss cheese and ranch sauce on them.
NO, veer is an uppity cheesesteak eater, if you really want a down and dirty Philly steak you get it with WIZ......cheesewiz. personally I like American on mine. As it melts, you loose a lot of the flavor of regular provolone unless you get sharp provolone, but then the sandwich goes off track from a street vendor food to an Italian specialty.
Yeah, us uppity non-minority minorities need to learn our place, just like those who think Donkey's actually makes a cheesesteak. Stick to ribs down to the shore at Dewey's. I'll give ya White House in AC. The hoagies are fair. It isn't like generations of hungry shoobies who forgot their lunches didn't get them trained eventually.
PS: The kiss of death for any cheesesteak is to stick "Philly" in front of it as a claim to authenticity. I'll have a cheeseburger with fried onions before I have a cheesesteak any too far out where they slap "Philly" on a cheesesteak description.
