NAV-SPEC Nightforce NXS 5.5-22X56

Hey all! Recently got a few NIB NXS 5.5-22s with NAV-SPEC markings in a trade. I believe these are clone correct for some variation of the MK13. Does anyone know anything about these? Are they correct for any other rifle?
