Ndew range in Western Pennsylvania??

I heard a couple of guys talking at the range and it was mentioned that there is a new long range "tactical" range being set up in Wester Pa. Does anyone have information on this place?

Jamie Dodson has a piece of farm land he uses from a local farmer in somerset for his long range classes. They are putting up a permanent 1000 yard firing line. I believe they are trying to set up a sniper competition there for next year.
