Has anyone figured out how neck tension affects muzzle velocity, more tension more velocity? If so how much

Generally yes, within certain parameters. But also no within certain parameters.

Powder charge is going to be the main driver of velocity. The others are small percentages.

More tension tends to reduce ES, be more consistent but as spife7980 mentions, there are a lot of variables.
