Need 223 load using h322

I have quite a bit of h322 that I want to use for 223. I want to load 62gr mil surp pulls as close as possible to Remington 62gr hp match (r223r6). This is the ammo we carry in our duty rifles. Just want a plinking round similar to this round using the powder I have.

Hodgdon's site has lots of H322 223 rem. data. Not specifically for a 62gr. but, they do have a 63 grain load that should get you started.
