Suppressors Need 3 pistols, should I stick with one brand?

Re: Need 3 pistols, should I stick with one brand?

Instead of getting more guns, learn how to use what you have well. Spend that money and get quality training. Having pistols laying all around the house doesn't really make a lot of sense to me unless you run a crack den. More people are killed by inadequate training than inadequate guns.

Re: Need 3 pistols, should I stick with one brand?

I would say get what you are comfortable with and have a good understanding on how the weapon functions. Are you wanting weapons with or without safetys? Are you concerned about your family's familiarity with these weapons? I suggest going and seeing which weapons point well for you and you are comfortable with. Shooting a lot of rounds down range should go without saying. If you do not shoot a lot, then stick with one basic configuration and probably one caliber so that everything is interchangable (mags and ammo).

FYI... the sound of a pump shotgun is the international sound for STOP. Not to mention bird shot will not go through walls where your family is living.

Just my $.02.

Ok, to play devil's advocate here for a moment, does anyone else see the potential for problems in court with the prosecutor crucifying someone for use of a "deadly silencer" (or some similar such bs)?

Try starting a new thread on this and you might get a better response, but most on this forum shy away from giving legal interpretation or advice.

Somewhere back, someone mentioned that, so I just thought I'd allude to potential "issues". That's all. Not attempting to thread-jack.
