Can you be more specific as to your intended applications? How much do you want to spend? New vs. Used? Need some more info & we can come up with some ideas/suggestions.

Get an Eberlestock I feel that they are the best packs out there period. If you want a little cheaper Blackhawk ones are not to bad I have used the hell out of them and had very little issues with them. However they were all issued to me so I have no ideas of costs. Finally go to a surplus store and get a marine or army molle pack has all the room you will ever need and are cheap.

I got a Eberlestock G3 Phantom in the other day. This pack is badass. I combined all the stuff from my range bag and my drag bag and I still haven't touched the side pockets yet. I need to order up the hydration packs from Ceylonc. I was tired of hauling around 2 bags in and out of the house every time I went to go shoot.

I need one for sniper deployments, but I am trying not to spend more than 100.00 because there is plenty of other stuff I have to supply myself with.

If you are military Eberlestock offers a great Military discount 35% off. Everytime I deployed we where given a credit card and a couple of magazines and where told to order whatever we wanted and we did. Some stuff we wouldn't get simply because they would be out of stock but we almost always got anything we wanted. Same goes for equipment except optics we where stuck with what what ever the Army could get us. (Which was USO and Leupold) If your supply is gay which some can be you will have to go that old fashion way with NSNs. I like impact card get anything you want method but not all units are the same.

You do of course realize that there are REAL Snipers who are members on this website and they DO actually deploy on operations with real rifles and ammo and have to carry crap.....right?

To the OP: I use an Eagle A-III MOLLE. It carries more shit than I need on an average callout. It holds ammo, snivel gear, snacks and a couple bottles of water just fine. It's also got a bladder pocket that I run a Camelbak bladder in. I can strap a mat and tripod to the bottom and with my folding stool I am set for just about any position I find myself in, in the urban jungle. The ability to haul lots of water is nice for rooftop OP's in the middle of the summer.

I'll second LoneWolfUSMC's recommendation on the Eagle A-III, but add that if you don't NEED the MOLLE webbing, the standard A-III is much closer to your budget and can usually be found for around $75 used.
If you buy a new one, you can't go wrong with Triad Tactical.

I have a Camelback Motherlode and am satified with it. It actually bigger than I need but works fine and the quality is good. The Eagle AIII looks like a good choice and I might get one of those if I need a replacement in the future. I'm not sure about the size though. Definately do a complete evaluation of what you need to carry and then decide how much room you need. I find that I am tempted to carry extra crap I don't need since I have more room. Oh yeah, I never use the MOLLE on my pack, I have it and it looks cool but I don't use it. You might need it though, YMMV.

I second Trooper Brian's suggestion: Eberlestock. Convenient, roomy and sturdy (and can carry the gun too
). Ceylon is a good man to get it from, and he's on S.H (handle: ceylonc).

I never really liked the Camelbak packs. Too many zippers and compartments. The things weighed a TON empty and all the space in the pack was taken up with dividers and nylon.
A-III has more room and weighs less.

I got my Camelbak BFM on my first deployment in 04. It went back with me in 06 and again in 09, and it is still going strong. I still use it as my carry on every time I fly. It would still be in perfect condition if I hadn't closed the car door on one of the fastek compression buckles.

Id give Kifaru a look..Once you go there be warned what quality is.I have the scout and just got the Molle Express and a bunch of other stuff fom them.I told myself...aint droppin no more coin on there stuff....yeah! right! LOL!!

I have a CFP-90 and like it so much it's going back to Afghanistan with me. When there I do a lot of traveling and it offeres plenty of space for my sleeping bag and gear.
