Gunsmithing Need a gunsmith for a quick job!

I'm buying a KAC SR-15e3 mod 1 upper (14.5") and I need someone to pin and weld a Surefire mb556k on for me. I really want to shoot this rifle so I need someone who can turn this job around quick. Also willing to buy the mb556 directly from the smith if he has one.
