Need a quick dimension off a Rem 700 .308...

Positioning a Karsten cheek piece, but I don't have my barreled action in hand. How far back from the rear action bolt does the cheekpiece need to be in order to clear the bolt when drawn to its full extension as it is being removed?

On my .243 CDL(same as 308) from center of rear screw to back of bolt is 3.600 and to remove bolt you need 4.600.
