Gunsmithing Need a smith

I need a gunsmith to screw on a Shilen barrel for me. I have a Montana 1999 action(Winchester 70 clone) than needs to have the factory barrel removed and the Shilen barrel put on. The chambering work was done by Shilen with a PT&D reamer for 180g Berger's in .284 Shehane for an Fclass rig.

Who would do a great job that would have decent turn around time?

The barrel was long chambered so all that really needs to be done is shoulder trimmed and headspaced.
