need a stock for a ruger m77 magnum

Re: need a stock for a ruger m77 magnum

Boyd's Laminated would be good. Pillar bedded with a through bolt inserted just behind the recoil lug and bedded also...I'd recommend the Devcon titanum epoxy for the bedding. Slightly faster hardening...but harder than a landlords heart. The Ruger recoil lug isn't that big, is why I'd go for reinforcement. If you could get someone to do a forward mounted (silver soldered) lug on the barrel about 4 inches forward of the action, it will help to keep the sucker together. The laminates will split. I know. Good luck.
