I've recently sold my 5.56 and am working on my .308 DPMS and a bolt gun.

I have had a can of MOD 0 for a while but don't need it anymore. I have a friend that may want it. Any ideas on its value? I cant find anything very accurate online about it other than its not really easy to come across. It is rare that I post anything as searches usually provide me the information I am looking for. I picked it up at a gun show mixed in with some other 5.56. Money will be going into other builds. If it is worth more than he wants to pay ill be listing it locally or take it to the next local show.

Oh... Full can, brown boxed, not seconds or blemishes.

The BH 77gr Mk262 "clone" ammo I have seen selling recently has gone for as much as $1.50/round which is NUTS. Pre-craze...it was fetching around $0.95/round (plus S&H if applicable). Good luck finding it in stock right now, so I'd say a minimum of $1/round for a local sale and FMV is likely north of that figure. I guess it all comes down to what kind of a "friend" you consider yourself as to how much you gouge your so-called friend for it. ;)

He would have used it in his Mossberg MVP so the lack of cannalures would not be a problem. As for gouging, we prefer fair value over these trends caused by greedy people and idiots who think they "gotta have it right now because everyone else wants it"...

So basically the same as the civ red box stuff at around $1.00 a round. Market Value a likely a little higher. Thanks.
