Ask the original maker to do it. Krieger and Bartlein and Brux will do theirs. Shilen you need to ask.

Go back to the manufacturer for sure. Usually they will only go down two contour sizes max.

This a new 1.300 Bergara blank. Could do it myself but it would take forever on my manual lathe.
