Lately I've tried using 20 round Pmags in my 6.5CM AR10 but feeding is very hit or miss. I've used lancers to great success but am wondering what else is out there? The issue seems to be only with the 20 round PMAGs and I need have issues with 10 rounders.

I'm a fan of larue mags. I'm not sure what the deal is with pmags and the hornady 140gr ELD factory. Might be an OAL issue but not entirely sure. Truth be told Pmags have been pretty iffy as of late.

I've been in mag stockpile mode for the last few years-political climate, price, and availability are likely never going to be better then now so I'm looking to get what I need for the rest of my life and then some. I'm good on AR15-pmags, Troy, lancer, Hexmag, DH,-all work great in all my rigs. AR10 mags I've used extensively-Pmags, Brownells, Lancer, and Larue with no issues at all.

Brownells-I got them on a deal like 10 for $90 so I figured I'd try them. They have more sharp edges than a family of porcupines and fit tight-but they work. They have some tilt when loading to them but I've never had an issue. Have not used with 6.5 Creedmoor however because Hornady 140gr ELD just barely fit in them by a tnuc hair.

Larue-when I decided to have a decent supply of steel mags that should last forever I chose these over the KAC simply because you can take them apart to clean or replace parts. I've read of people putting Wolff springs in them for better performance but I've never had an issue-I mainly use them for 6.5 Creedmoor-easily fit Hornady ELD 140gr in them with 1-2mm to spare. I'm not a Larue fanboy by any stretch but I like their mags and triggers. They are pricey but I think they will last forever so a wise investment IMO. I'm actually a KAC fanboy

ASC is well made but absolutely would not function in my LMT. Called ASC customer service and they just said "yeah, it happens with some; send em back". I did and they refunded me. I didn't try any more of them but that was a while back.

So far the LaRue and Lancer have been good in my guns (both .308 and 6.5). Honestly I just need to not be a cheap bastard and get more of those two.
Seriously, Try the D&H from DSG Arms. I am also a cheap bast_rd... but if they work, there is nothing wrong with it.

Heck, IM me a address.. I'll send you one to try. If it doesn't work, send it back... if ya like it, keep it and bask in the cheap bast_rd world "of it is ok being cheap" sometimes. Lol
