Need Bolt Face Opened Up

I need to open up a 700 std LA bolt for a magnum BF. I have asked 2 smiths and they said they won’t do that anymore. I know the last time I checked this was a common practice and not an issue. Did something happen where most smiths won’t do this? Can someone recommend me a smiths to send my bolt?

Have not checked with them yet. One of the smiths also mentioned he would not do it in lieu of learning I was going to do a Remage. I figured he was put out that I wasn’t going to go the traditional route

@RWSGunsmithing changed my 270Win Rem721 action over to 300WM with an M16-style extractor. Runs like a champ.
