Gunsmithing need bottom metal installation

I have a McMillan HTG and its set up for factory bottom metal. I just bought a PTG unit and would like to have it installed. Who does this here on the hide? I could do it with dremel or our foredom tool but I want it to look professional and feed correctly. thx
