Need Graphic design help.

Hey guys,
I was hopeing to find someone that has some graphic designing skills and nothing to do!
I host a little monthly match here in Utah and I wanted to have some shirts made up for the guys that attend the matches.

Problem is I have zero computer skills and dont really know anyone that can put a graphic together.

I am willing to pay or trade for the service.
I have a general idea but need someone with a better imagination than I do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
