Need Help Finding ARCA-Picatinny Clamp for LeoFoto Tac Plate

Need help finding ARCA-Picatinny Clamp for LeoFoto Tac Plate, want to mount spotting scope. Looked at Area 419 but nut/wheel to tighten clamp below base unless spacers used.

They make one with a QD lever.

That's the one I found but they don't show screw or spacers with clamp to raise it up a little for tightening-nut to clear. I guess I have to call.

Tried RRS B2-LLR II Long Lever Release Clamp, having correct spacing of the 1/4"-20 outer holes (45mm). But the lever was too log and would not open to release the ARCA plate. Still searching Internet. Hole spacings on Tac Plate 23, 34, 44, and 55mm.

Resolved with RRS BH-25, 3/8" set screw centered and 1/4" through table as lock screw into base.
