These steel rings held a 30mm scope and are .620" wide. Who made these rings?

yes those arent BO, they look like IOR 30 mm mediums

IOR have a more rounded bottom edges. Not IOR.

i believe that you are wrong i am sitting here with a set of IOR rings in my hand and they are the exact same
