These were bought and installed about twenty years ago. I think I may remember that they were adjustable for cant? Does anyone recognize these rings?

Thanks,
Derek

Thanks TM, I found photos and manuals for the Barrett ExRings, which look identical to these, except they don't have the pin visible from the side, and they don't say "Barrett" on top. I have now written a letter to Barrett to see if they have any info on any possible earlier variations of those rings? I could not sent photos as they did not have a way to attach photos through their contact us page, but I'll send them if they reply.

If these are adjustable I can't tell that there is any available cant used as installed, as I can't see a perceivable difference between front & rear rings at the gaps where the lower half of the ring sits on the bases. If I can get another 10-15 MOA of cant out of these I'll be in high cotton.

If I remember right with the rings all the way down, that’s 0 MOA. To add cant you loosen the the smaller cross bolts lift the rear to add some amount of cant, and then tighten those cross bolts down. I’m not sure if that’s the written procedure, that’s just what I remember the idiot that had them doing as he was trying to zero is .338 LM.

I think you're probably right and these are set on zero cant. The glass is on a 15 minute rail... based on my 100y zero, distance from bottom of scope, and considering total elevation range... that's about right. Thanks again.
