Need help w/ a 223 load

I'm just starting to reload and I need a load for smk 69g 223 with imr 4895 powder I'm shooting out of a 16" 1/7 twist could someone please tell me a normal load and your favorite for this set up

24.0 hammers in my AR for shooter hipower/service rifle. You might want to try a "stouter" primer if you really want to push the loads, though, but the CCI 400 should be fine for mid range powder charges. {Work up your loads, etc.}

Actually Hodgdon 4895 is more accurate for me in .223 while IMR 4895 works best in the .308. 24.0 grains is the starting load for H4895 and works just fine. It's a .5 moa load in my bolt gun and shoots 1 - 1.25 moa in my un-accurized AR 16" (it does have a RR two stage trigger). The load is easy on brass and equipment.
