Need help with crush washer

I am about to buy a few for a new brake I got for my rem 700 i threaded the barrel 5/8 24 my barrel is around .830 dia Can I find crush washers in that size? If I have to go bigger will it work and can I cut down to barrel size with out affecting it ?
